Heh, don't worry, I'm not going to just be a King of the Hill gimmick account. lol
To be honest with y'all, I don't actually like My Little Pony. Like, I'm cool with it, I just don't watch it. Like you though, I do have a cartoon waifu of my own, and I have a very slight grasp on practicing tulpaism. Someone who is apparently a long-time user of a related forum referred me here so I could probably get some advice on forming a tulpa for real. Ask me a question if you want. Or not. No biggie.

Even though most of the members here are base of a old site that was once house pony-lovers, we learn to open our doors to non-pony lovers as well. So don't worry much about it, as long as you play nice with us, you will be fine among us.
Might we ask what waifu might that be Bill?

I was a little worried members here would be a bit paranoid of welcoming outsiders, considering all the drama I've witnessed surrounding a similar website (My Little Waifu), but I see I was worried over nothing. Thank you all for such a warm welcome!
For those wondering who is, as didlowman put it, my "metaphysical other" is, have you all heard of Steven Universe? The fandom's been getting a bad rap lately, on account of it being invaded by tumblr and starting terf wars with other fandoms and blah blah blah... Point is, I'm not like one of those SU fans, so don't worry!
Anyway, on-point: my metaphysical other is Pearl. You can see her in this promo art. She's the pale one.

wtf? ^ ^ Two close friends that I've made over the time on the old site, don't really have any ponies as their love one(s). Bill, the character that you're head over heels for, is a surprise for me, because one of those friends I have mention, have also carries similar feelings, but she not pale one... or Peal... if that's her name... don't really see the show, or TV matter a fact... Thus my reason to start with wtf remark, and I was just wondering if you and my good friend will get along over that... I don't know.

You do sound like my friend, but most people are worried, don't blame you, how do you think I felt when I told my RL friends about the love I had for a pony... wasn't pretty.
Beside, if someone giving you trouble, expect me to strike back over something that shouldn't be absolute no problem here... As for MLW, we have learned to open our gates to non-pony lovers, this is why this site is called Waifu whatever... Lol, I remember the day on MLW, when we receive a new member who didn't have a pony waifu. With him, it was odd, like he didn't fit in well because the site was meant only for ponies, till that changes... sadly it was too late, and he left. Sad day indeed... Anyway! Welcome Bill, you will be fine among us, and if you do stick around, you might help push off the same pressure as you are feeling, for the new comers... you know, since they may not be pony lovers. X3
I will like to hear more from you, unless you want to share it everything here... Best we separate it, no? X) If I was you, and just helping you out, incase you don't know what to do, is start of a new thread of how you began to have feelings for Peal. ^ ^ That just me saying, have fun and enjoy your day dude. :D

Yeah, I have no problem writing up a thread about her and I - but like I said, I could use some tips on perfecting my tulpaism. The way it is right now, well, you know how before you wake up from a dream, the dream starts to get all faint and unrealistic? It's sort of like that. But I think I can still write a thread. Now, excuse my ignorance, but would that go in the "Relationships" section? ^^;

Did I misspelled her name? My bad, I type to quick, and I am learning to reread my sentences to reduce my mistakes and errors, so you guys can understand me a bit more... but at last, I have failed, and will get suspended now. Sad face.
Before my suspension can began, tulpaism isn't my area, yeah, I used some steps to better my bond with Amena, but stop once we made contact with her... What is it you after? It been awhile, and can forget how someone new can have a hard time with this... Champ... Well it's his name here... Champion Of The Sun helped me understand tulpaism bit more.. I shall get him to pull something out.
Relationship section? What do you ever mean? :D If you mean how your infatuation started with Pearl, then yes.
