Have you ever heard of the term synchronicity? The dominant paradigm would of course dismiss such a thing, but sometimes life makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Remember back when they were almost unheard of? back when car-phones were a thing, and most people who "needed" instant communication used pagers? Remember when they started to become more and more popular, and if you mentioned a distaste for them, everyone would say "If you don't want one, you don't have to have one," or some such thing?
