Time for an update, been awhile.
Lately I've really eased up on things, been trying to let things flow a bit more easily and not be so over analytical and have greater trust in her and myself as well. That feeling I get when I channel her speech comes much easier now, generally, and feels more consistent.

I think I'm like a week late on sharing this, but better late than never.
Last time or two I meditated with Nightmare I could have sworn I felt a buzzing or vibration in my head when focusing on her voice, or afterwards, it was something to that affect. I definitely felt something.

a buzzing hmm? was this buzzing like her voice, or a constant background noise? did it only buzz during the instant you would hear a word said, or was it continuous while focusing?

It wasn't a background noise, I'm sure of that.
-I always meditate when I'm alone in the house or when everyone else is asleep.
-I keep my room dead quiet during that time.
The noise happened when I was meditating and lingering for several seconds after opening my eyes. Details are a bit fuzzy, but I'm sure it occurred during speech. Not in an overwhelming way, I just thought of it as a sign she's getting stronger.

Been over a month since I posted here...not that anyone would notice.
Anyway, been catching up on meditation. As per usual her voice always seems most clear when I'm meditating or at home in general. There have been moments where her voice seems to generate with no effort on my part.

I'm okay as of today. I've been really stressed and frustrated over the past few days though. A day or two ago she and I managed to meditate and I got a great feeling from it, even got a feeling of floating/leaving my body.
