I freaking love jacksepticeye. RE: Favourite Youtubers? - Kaltes-Herzeleid - 03-06-2016 His voice is awesome. RE: Favourite Youtubers? - 7bloom - 10-04-2016 Reportoftheweek a likable and authentic personality, true to his interests while still keeping things interesting. My favorite part of the channel is the VORW videos, where he just talks for 1-3 hours and reads fan-mail. Very comfortable channel. I prefer listening to people's thoughts without them yelling and acting to get their points across. No effects, music or jump-cuts; just talking. RE: Favourite Youtubers? - Gentian - 10-04-2016 Anybody remember Boxxy, the queen of /b/? Well, she's all grown up, and has her own channel, ShoeOnHead. She's a kind of anti-feminist, and makes her points with wit worthy of a stand up comedian. Here's her video on the "Pink Tax," regarding the idea that women pay more for the same things than men. It's a political channel, obviously, so if you're easily offended, you might want to stay away. Continuing on, this channel is full of interesting things regarding the 18th century. That happens to be one of my favorite historical periods, from the age of sail, to the eastern frontier, to the awesome costumes, and nifty flintlock rifles. This channel is a great way to learn about it, with a focus on period cooking. Here's a nice, easy recipe for onion soup, every bit as yummy as I'd hoped, and far easier to make than french onion. Kenneth Kramm is a youtuber who takes videos of himself hiking and camping, mostly in Texas. I got hooked on his period camping series, but his other videos are nice too. Just watching the guy enjoy himself in nature is relaxing, and the way he always packs out a bag of other peoples trash is inspiring. Here's a nice long video about staying cool while ultralight backpacking. If you're at all in to guns, you probably know about Hickock45. Just in case, he's a large, grandfatherly man who shows us guns, tells us about their history, and shoots them. The man is a phenomenal marksman, being able to hit his distant gong target most of the time, even with a little snub-nosed revolver. Here, have a vid about one of my favorites: the m1 carbine. This fellow here, DWK is hilarious. Mr. The Warden introduced me to this channel, and I ended up binge-watching his entire Totally Legit Review series. Thankfully, it's an ongoing one! His drunken rants about Sunset Shimmer and Starlight Glimmer are not only entertaining, but surprisingly, insightful. Totally Legit Review of The Crystalling, pt 1 |
