Nier, and its sequel, Nier Automata, have a great soundtrack. They're integrated into the game really well I feel, and one of the highlights of two really great games.
This one plays in probably my favorite boss fight in the game, nicknamed the "Opera Singer".
And the original Nier has some fantastic tracks too.
