RE: Movies just watched - Theatre V1 - Kaltes-Herzeleid - 01-07-2016 State of Grace. Fantastic movie centered around the Irish mob. Intense drama and great acting, especially from Gary Oldman, I really liked his character Jackie Flannery. RE: Movies just watched - Theatre V1 - Kaltes-Herzeleid - 01-15-2016 The Big Lebowski. I've had the urge to re-watch it over the past couple of days, have to say I'm very glad I did. I liked it much more than I ever have in previous viewing. Oh, and Walter Sobchak never stops being fucking awesome. RE: Movies just watched - Theatre V1 - Kadae - 01-16-2016 I watched Drive the other day, at the suggestion of a friend. Man, what a bizarre movie that was. I'm still not entirely sure how I feel about it. RE: Movies just watched - Theatre V1 - Mercyknight - 01-16-2016 I saw ted 2. kinda weird, first one was better but this one has a happy ending, and pot... lots of pot RE: Movies just watched - Theatre V1 - Kaltes-Herzeleid - 01-16-2016 Cape Fear (1991). One hell of a movie. RE: Movies just watched - Theatre V1 - Banul - 01-16-2016 I just finished Jiro Dreams of Sushi It was okay. I felt like it dragged on for a really long time without really adding more information. I started to get bored around the 45 minute mark. I was a big fan of Drive when I saw it, even though that usually isn't my kind of movie. I felt like it got robbed at the Oscars. What a weird coincidence. (01-16-2016, 01:07 PM)Banul Wrote: I was a big fan of Drive when I saw it, even though that usually isn't my kind of movie. I felt like it got robbed at the Oscars. I'm starting to lean towards saying I probably liked it, but man, those violent scenes were intense. That sort of stuff isn't really my kind of entertainment. That being said, I freaking loved the soundtrack. RE: Movies just watched - Theatre V1 - Kadae - 01-17-2016 I watched The Good Dinosaur. It was a really nice Pixar film, and probably their best-looking one. I mean, man, some of those renders were photo-realistic. RE: Movies just watched - Theatre V1 - Kaltes-Herzeleid - 01-17-2016 Speaking of animation, I seriously excited for Kung Fu Panda 3. Been waiting for it for quite a long time, probably the first in a long while I've been this excited for a new film. |
