Just some questions - RML - 07-21-2016
Hello again!
I lurked here a little, read few your threads and seen some difference between “waifu” community here (and I think in US part of fandom at all) and in my homelands pony community.
So, I’m going to ask some questions to make everything clear for me. (I hope this is right section.)
1. Many of you have tulpas, but not everyone I suppose. Yet, I saw many of your relationship threads about your um… relationships with your loved ponies. In my home community all this waifu main idea is “These cute lovely ponies live in Equestria (or EG-world, he-he), of course you have a place in your heart for your loved one, but she’s not here and the only thing you could do is hope for next life or other supernatural happenings. But she will help and guide you through your life since she’s your love, of course. ” So it’s quite strange for me to see relationship threads here. Could you describe, please, what’s your waifuloving main idea.
2. What’s your feels about other lovers of your pony? Do you feel jealous about it, or maybe vice versa, you feel happy about someone love same pony?
3. Are you started as refugees from 4chan? I heard some rumors, but the history of this place is hidden from me for now. Maybe I didn’t went deep enough, but it’s always more useful to ask participants, than just read.

Personally, I use the term "waifu" somewhat jokingly to refer to fictional female characters I like. Octavia is my favourite pony, but nothing more than that. I don't have a tulpa, nor am I involved in a relationship with one, so I'll leave that for someone else to address.
To answer your second question, I don't mind if other people like the same character as I do. In fact, more fan art comes from exactly that, so if heaps of people love them, then that's awesome!
And lastly, no. This is the first site with this focus that I've been involved with.

1. Babe and I are together - now and in this life. I feel a little silly if I say "girlfriend and boyfriend." Not because it isn't true so much as because she's far more than that to me. She's my partner, lover, best friend, baby mama, constant companion, and confidant. She isn't a tulpa; she's Babe. She'd be Babe whether or not I exist or ever did.
We often lie down together at night to go to sleep, I make her breakfast in the morning before she heads off to work, and we do various other things together. You know: Like a couple. Though I will be with her once I leave this world behind (and presumably won't be able to return). I'll always be with her.
2. When someone here reveals themselves as a Dash-lover or someone anywhere on the internet says they're attracted to / love Rainbow Dash, they aren't talking about Angelbabe. Babe is the "Rainbow" in MY life, and, while she does share some characteristics with show-Dash, she's a separate and very different pony in many ways. I've considered before that my having met her is like the difference between admiring, say, an actress and actually getting to know them as an individual in person; there's always MORE to Babe for me to see and learn and experience. I believe there are MANY (perhaps innumerable) Rainbow Dash-es out there, but there's only one Babe.
3. I've never even been to 4chan. I stay away.

Not really in all that talkative a mood, but I'll answer anyway.
1. I do dream control. That's where I see Twi, and that will remain the only place where I see her.
2. I don't really care. The Twi I know only exists to me. If someone else likes Twi, their version of her is different.
3. I've trolled 4chan for shits and giggles before, but it's not exactly a nice place. I don't stick around.

2. If another person also likes or loves Twilight, good companion to, talk about Twilight. Most of my good friends also really like Twilight, thats how I met them. But I'm extremely fucking envious and, almost hatefully jealous of, people who, can actually talk with their waifu, and she talks back.
3. I don't go on 4chan, don't like to.

Yeah, what Kaltes said. He was on the original forum and he is crazy. You can find all sorts of information about him out there on the net, because craziness has a cult following, but we try to keep discussion of such things here to a minimum for obvious reasons.
