How do you vent your anger? - hysterical_cub - 07-09-2017

how do I vent my anger, so I'm not so flustered in front of my waifus...

I'm about to punch a wall. I have tried to calm myself down with videogames but it didn't seem to work... can anyone help?

Maybe you could take up a sport? Or go for a walk? Or write about how you feel in a journal and try to explore your feelings and their causes instead of trying to surpress them? Those things work for me, at least.

Anger is my key to stop the doubts and despair. Can't you feel that you should accept your feelings even if its anger. Your beloved ponies should know every side of you and your character.

I think going for a walk is the best thing you can do sometimes. Sometimes I also just looking at the night sky, that helps too sometimes.

I agree. You know, I think that episode may just be one of my favorite, if at least in a non-Rarity episode category, lol. I think it had a very good lesson in terms of dealing with anger, and I think you're right about how friendship is stronger. It should trump any sort of negative feeling, let love and those positive feelings eclipse those negative ones.

For me, I find that drawing has become a good way to vent my feelings. Same with writing for a little bit.

I find that singing/screaming helps me a fair bit. Also watching some of my favourite youtubers helps me get my mind off of what's pissing me off.
