Unpopular Opinions

Strangely interesting subject. What're your unpopular opinions?

Here's some of mine.

I believe no matter what you do, no matter whether or not some all-knowing god exists, or if no god exists, life is just meaningless. Even if there's an afterlife, what we do in this futile existence is just puny and stupid in the long run.

I actually love Equestria Girls. All three of them are my favorite movies besides South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut.

Kids fucking suck. I don't get why anyone in the right mind would have them.

Spanish and geometry are two of the most difficult subjects. Geometry may not be as hard as algebra, but it's still really confusing to me. And Spanish seems to be like the language version of algebra. maybe I'm just a dumbass.

(This one is obvious, but eh who cares) I fucking hate this country and our government. It's probably the thing that I've argued the most about. I thought more people would've agreed, as it feels like it's common sense that our country just sucks.

Communism works in theory, but never in practice.

which brings me to my last one. Humanity is the biggest disease. We've done nothing but bad things for the planet. As long as humans exist, the planet will suffer.

Star Trek V: The Final Frontier is my favorite Star Trek movie. Objectively, I know it's not very good, but I just have a good time with it.

I generally don't like music that's not from a video game or movie I like.

God fucking damnit. I was really hoping no one would make this thread. It always turns into a shit show on every forum it goes on. There. That's my unpopular opinion.

If i see anyone attack or argue over someone else's opinion on this thread, i'll delete the arguments and temporarily lock the thread. I've been on dozens of forums, and these threads always decend into chaos. Not saying I don't trust you guys, but we already use "random thoughts" as the general discussion/debate thread. Which is why it's 80 pages long.

If something someone says really bothers you, send them a PM and be civil. Also don't use this thread to personally attack other members.

For people that are curious about Warden's reaction here, on the previous site, a thread with this name and purpose made about four people quit the community. Mostly because they started making other people uncomfortable with their opinions, and when those uncomforted said, "Dude, that's enough" they went on a tirade. So, as Warden said, keep it civil, remember the keyword here is OPINION.

Call of Duty is quite innovative, despite what a bunch of gamers like to say.

I think rock n roll kills the mood of a zombie setting, especially in Doom. (unless it's one of the CoD Zombie easter egg songs, an A7X song, or any song from a Doom OST)

Edit: Maybe i'm too optimistic, but I don't think civility will be broken. We can all be mature about this.

-I like Gamera more than Godzilla.

-I hate the world in general. (Still)

-I do not believe suicide (in most cases) is cowardly and weak.

-While I'm not a total pessimist anymore, I still think overly optimistic people are annoying.

-Speaking of which, I do not and cannot believe people overall are good.
