Just wondering if anyone plays Town of Salem, it's a free browser-based game, but it's also available in a client form on Steam.

What even is Town of Salem?

Do you just, like, accuse people of being witches? Or maybe be accused, and have to choose between admitting to witchcraft and pointing out other witches (in reality just a way of saving your ass), or deny being a witch and get hung? Because that would be pretty dope, actually.

Sure, I'd play that.

Kinda like that, a werewolf/mafia style game, but with a bit more depth because it's digital.

The town need to survive and kill the evil roles, while the evil roles want to kill the town (and maybe each other) to be the last one standing.

There's a lot more interaction compared to regular werewolf/mafia, because every role has an ability that often can change the course of a game, and even the evil roles are varied (Mafia, Serial Killer, Arsonist and Werewolf). There's also multiple game modes/game setups for more variety!

And yes there's a witch role. And yes, lying and deception is how you survive and win.

Plus it's free and a web browser game, so why not xd

Oh that's pretty cool. I got this game downloaded to my phone called Pinkamena, and pretty much sounds just like that. Gotta figure out who the 4 changelings and the mystery murder Pinkamena is, and hang them, but without accidentally hanging your own townsfolk. Townsfolk are anonymous, you don't know their identity. But they have abilities to help discover Pinkamena and the Changelings. Every night, the changelings kill somepony OTHER THAN Pinkamena. Pinkamena randomly kills on nights, with a chance to kill a changeling or a pony.
