Pulling yourself out of a downward spiral

Everyone kinda seems stuck in something recently, I'd say. I think something to try to support others would be helpful.

I always recommend making sure to sleep on time, maybe watching your favorite episodes, spending time with others, and being honest with your feelings. Trying to occupy yourself and be creative can keep your mind off of things. Remember, you're not alone, no one is an island, don't try to make yourself one. Letting yourself go down just pulls several others with you, whether you like it or not.

Big Ponk definitely always helps me a lot, or anything related to her really, also the creative part you mentioned seems to do wonders at times for me. Just taking my guitar and playing something, doesn't even have to be a song, just the sound of the strings ringing seems to be really soothing.

I always think trying to find little things to get happy or excited about works well. Life can suck a lot no matter who you are or where you come from. I think just trying to find the things that makes life worth living is a huge step to being happy. If you focus on all the negatives then it will be a living hell.
