They attack anyone the moment they emerge from the building with something edible. Or something inedible. Or sometimes nothing; particularly if the oven's been used recently. Most of them won't let anyone touch them and scurry off at the first sign of practically anything they don't think they can eat.

We've been feeding the lot of them for months, and cats that weren't even ours to begin with showed up to take advantage of a good thing. It's just too much, now. It's stressful so far as my OCD is concerned, but I want to make the indoor-cat thing work. It would make my mom happy, and it would potentially make one or two cats happy.
