I made a minor edit to the board settings so that Operators also appear in the "Team Online" section at the bottom of the main page.

More daily "+1 rep" thingys to pass out. You only gimme like, 5 a day. And sometimes I wanna give more than 5 posts a +1 rep thingy a day.

Also why do only staff get to have more than one star? There's a ton of users I feel who deserve more than that

I mean mod/admin standing is already clear with the name.
