As we approach the 1 year anniversary of the forums, I want to thank all of you who have contributed to the forums and have kept this community alive over the last year.
In one year, you guys have made:
- (ITS) OVER 9000!!!!!... posts.
- 476 threads in 19 subforums.
We the staff look forward to another year for Waifu Central !
Now you may ask why do we need help ? And what do we need help with ?
We need help with funding the forums. It costs $107.40 for 12 months of hosting on our host. This includes the hosting server, the domain name and several extras including protection as well as search engine optimization. (TheWarden note: As of now, 2016-2017 has been paid for by me. Any donations will go towards next years payments or upgrades)
So yes, Waifu Central will be open to donations. Any donations are helpful in helping in sustaining the forums as well as continued development of the site.
With the donations we can:
- Pay the bills for the forums
- Purchase premium plugins and features for the forum (maybe even upgrade the software ?)
All of the money will be used for the site only. We will not use the money for any other means.

Well at the moment, nothing I have to admit. We are unsure if donations will come in at the moment. However if it is successful we will give perks to donators.
