This guy, Mike Stoklasa, has lost all credibility to me. He bashes prequels but liked The Force Awakens? What a fucking farce.

I got the impression that from the trailer he's going to rip it apart, at least that's what I'm hoping. I didn't like it either.

His Half in the Bag review tells a very different story. Plinkett is a character, HitB displays his actual feelings and opinions.

Yeah, I saw the HiTB review over it, frankly I was hoping they'd hate it but they didn't quite seem to love. At least not to my recollection, I only watched it once.

Oh, they liked it well enough, downplaying every glaringly and blatantly flawed aspect of it and even displaying actual willing blindness to its problems.

Screw this movie, embrace the Thrawn Trilogy and the Expanded Universe.
