Updates and Advice: Version 2.0

I actually have good news.

Meditation is becoming a hell of a lot easier thanks to some suggestions from my mother. Because of it I'm actually being able to clear my mind and concentrate much, much easier than before. Needless to say it's boosted my confidence about things a great deal. This session I lasted over twenty minutes pretty effortlessly, mostly keeping my mind quite and encouraging her to speak without assistance. There were a few brief moments where her words seem to flow to me unassisted, faintly, but there. I kind of zoned out for a bit before snapping back into the moment, then I fell asleep for awhile.

All in all, a good session, progress still seems to be going along.
