Forcing with Pinkie π

I didn't realise it's almost been a year since I posted on this thread.. Huh.

Anyway, in the time that I've been gone, it's definitely gotten a lot easier for me to talk to/focus on Pinkie for sustained periods of time. At the beginning of this year, I was really struggling to keep it up for more than 45 minutes or so, the headaches just got to be to much. But now, I'm able to focus on her for almost the full day, even when she's just laying on my bed while I'm on my computer. It's definitely gotten better.

Now, the part I need help/advice on. Visualising.
I started visualising since about late January (can't believe it's been that long, jesus). I kinda gave up on the wonderland method though, I just don't think it's for me. So I kinda took on a different way of doing it, one that someone on the r/tulpas subreddit called the "armature method". I guess to best explain what I do is open eyed forcing, even if she isn't my sole focus at the moment. It's hard to explain, please bear with me.

So, even though I can't physically see her, I still am able to know what she's doing, such as if she rolls over when in bed, or if she walks somewhere, so I try to picture her in my surroundings doing whatever it is. It's not so much as I picture her where ever though, she chooses where she is specifically, like if I'm laying down with her, she chooses whether she's on my left or right, how close to me she is, etc.
It's kinda hard to explain, honestly. I hope I did an okay job.
My question is, is this good enough? Is it supposed to take this long? I mean, I can sometimes get the faintest, and I mean the faintest outlines of her, but she still isn't even entirely visible in my dreams when I know she's in them. Is there anything I should try in addition to this? Is this too close to puppeting, and should I stop doing this? I'm not actually making her do anything, all of these actions are ones she makes on her own accord. I mean, I guess she's kind of superimposing herself into my environment, but is that an actual difference from puppeting?

I'm honestly just a bit confused on how to go about this, honestly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
