Dark chocolate is magnificent. White and milk have their places, but when it comes to chocolate, darker is better...up to a point, at least. The strongest I've ever seen is 90%, where do you even find 99%? Are you actually supposed to eat it like that? Maybe you should try mixing it with some heavy cream in your tea? Mmmmmm chocolate milk tea.
