Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings (1994).
Since I'm a completionist and because we both liked the original so much I decided to check out the sequels. This one was...okay. Not in continuity with the original at all and the special effects were meh. It wasn't terrible, that's all we can really say for it. I heard three and four are better.
