How do I love you my sweet?
Let me count the ways,
Even though I couldn't count them complete
If I listed for all my days

First there is your warm smile
That lightens the load on my heart
I have loved it all the while
Even though we've been apart

Your blue eyes, locked into mine
Can surely put me in a trance
I hope I may similarly captivate thine
If I have the chance

Then comes your warm embrace
Which softens my hardened emotion
I desire to be no other place
Than adrift in your affectionate ocean

There's the soft brown locks of your mane
Which feels of luxurious silk
I feel I needn't explain
Why there are no others of it's ilk

But most of all is who you are inside
That draws me into your love
I only hope that I can provide
All the love you need, my turtle dove
