Me again...
I noticed in pms it's hard to tell where the old message ends and the new response starts. Maybe a slightly darker color could be implemented for when it's the old pm that is above the new one?

Quote system is global, but I made some changes.

The background is slightly darker, the quote box borders are a pixel thicker, and are much lighter so they pop out a bit more. If anyone has any issues with this please let me know, I'm on the fence right now as to if it stands out too much.
