My Introduction (long)

Thank you all for the friendly welcomes. You all seem very nice. Looking at other introduction thread, it's really great that there are always people here willing to greet new users.
I have never used Discord for anything, but I might check it out in this case since so many of you mentioned it.
Also, since people seem to encourage sociability here, I just thought I would say that I might be somewhat reluctant at first to engage in conversation, and it might take some time for me to establish a consistent posting rate. It's just that it's been several years since I've actively browsed a non anonymous forum, and even longer since I've browsed a forum of this style. I just don't want people to think I've lost interest that quickly.

And absolutely understandable, please take your time. What board are you from normally, /mlp/ on 4chan or elsewhere?
