Gentian's Photographic Misadventures
#78
It was a very hot day, today, and our destination, the Osaka Science Museum was a significant walk away, but we made it. Unfortunately, there was no shade whatsoever in front of it, so rather than get a picture of Twi by the sign, we went right in for that sweet, sweet air conditioning. From the front door, we were ushered down an escalator to the basement, and bought tickets.

This museum has 2 main attractions: the exhibit halls, and the planetarium. We considered buying a ticket for the planetarium, but there were only a few hours until the museum closed, and only 2 showings remaining in the day, so we chose to prioritize the exhibition halls since we both wanted to see them, and Twi doesn't, to my knowledge speak Japanese.

So, from the ticket booth, you take an Elevator up to the 4th floor, and proceed through in a downward manner. As we got off the elevator, we discovered the 4th floor was for space! Our favorite! Well, Twi's favorite, but my #2, so we were both happy. We wandered by a few exhibits before coming to this thing: a model of the rocket which launched the Hayabusa. In the previous exhibits, some parts of the rocket were displayed, but since they aren't particularly photogenic parts, and we didn't know this model was here we didn't photograph them. However, on the way down to the 3rd floor, we stopped there again, and snapped a pic, so you'll see it later.

Don't hesitate to AM(A)A

The bigger you build the bonfire, the more darkness is revealed.

Every possession and every happiness is but lent by chance for an uncertain time, and may therefore be demanded back the next hour.
