Tulpamancy and Waifus

I've been busy, so I haven't had a chance to write an in depth response until now. But for me, I mostly am on board with what whobawhats had said.

For me, Rarity is someone I have a very very strong emotional bond with, and I would consider it feelings like someone in a relationship. But I don't have a tulpa, I don't communicate with her except for what I write to her in my diary. I feel a very intense connection with her, and I feel like I can tell apart what's real for her, and "canon". Because of course, at the end of the day, people still write the show. And some of them don't even bother to watch the show to know enough about them. So that depends on the situation. I feel most connected with my plushies at times, feeling like representations of her.

I also believe that maybe somewhere out there, she's there. And that's the reason I don't have a tulpa.
