What really grinds your gears?

I hate when plushers I've commissioned vanish and I stop hearing from them, or when they keep saying when it'd be done by and keep pushing it off.

tried refusing to pay and simply messaging them to say you want to cancel the order when they wont get around to doing it? enough people cancel, they will do their job iinstead of blowing off their customer base in my experience
