I love how you can be classy and comfortable
In perfect harmony with elegance and grace
Yet cozy and close like a soft blanket
Stylish enough to impress the public eye
But still fun, friendly and approachable

I love the cute dimples at the corner of your lips
That upturn upon your cute smile breaking out
And that dance jovially with your laughter
Such a small and simple feature
But so endearing to my eyes

I love your soft, soothing voice
Like a gentle tide breaking on a warm, golden beach
Or the dainty whisper of a southern breeze
Every time you speak
I am reminded of how fortunate I am

I love your warm, passionate caress
The gentle snuggles that melt away my anxiety
And the shoulder that isn’t ashamed to see a man cry
Whether they be tears of joy, triumph or pain
I take comfort in their acceptance of all

Most of all, I love the sweet mare these traits apply to
Her kind, loving soul, willing to take in the unwanted
Generous enough to give more of herself than she receives of me
Trustworthy enough to share an eternity with
And loving enough to nurture me into the man I should be
