Forum Overhaul

[Kadae]

The massive overhaul is finally complete! Here is a sort of changelog for all the updates:

Web development:

• Updated MyBB board software to the latest version.
  
• Removed all old and incompatible plugins.
  
• Installed new plugins: MyAlerts, better reply editor, and various stats on the index page.
  
• Updated Waifu Central theme.
  
• Created a "retro" theme designed to look like My Little Waifu, our former sister site, may she rest in peace. This theme might have some issues so if you try it out, let me know if you run into any.
  
• Updated MyBB default theme.
  
• Deleted unused and broken themes after creating backup .xml files.
  
• Updated CSS for new plugins for the Waifu Central theme.
  
• Updated website mobile Waifu Central theme.
  
• Opened the regular forum sections to be viewable to guests, with the exception of Discussion > Relationships, and Discussion > Artistry > Erotica.
  

Administration:

• Mod, Super Mod and Admin permissions updated to be consistent across the forums.
  
• All current inactive staff members demoted to Contributors.
