Introduction

Hello everyone. I don't really know what to say, so instead of sitting here for another ten minutes trying to compose something I suppose I'll just start writing. Long story short, I grew to like the pony show and the adorkable Twilight Sparkle as well. Over time though, I was surprised to find myself developing genuine feelings for the character. I really have no idea how it happened, but after living with my feelings for more than a year, partly in shame, I eventually came to realize that I wasn't alone. I never joined the MLW group, but I was aware of its existence and almost did quite a few times. I never quite made that leap though. What triggered me into action today was meeting someone from this forum in real life (anmudkip). Over drinks we realized we had a lot more in common than we originally thought. After expressing an interest in pursuing a tulpa (Twilpa?), he directed me here and, well, here I am!

Before MLP I had no idea what a waifu, tulpa, or any number of other concepts were. I'm really just looking to learn more. I don't know if I should hope to be able to develop a tulpa myself someday, but it is a goal of mine to at least give it a genuine attempt.
