How severe is OCD, does it take hours? Or few minutes?

Depends. Honestly that's the best answer I can give.

Sometimes the anxiety and compulsiveness and thoughts last only minutes, it's never been hours, luckily. Though they typically linger and return sporadically over the course of a few days.

that sux. I used to have an issue of doubt that made it difficult to show up in my own version of equestria or even to communicate with everyone there.

I would literally doubt if I was doing something right. and i wouldn't be able to be there.... but everyone worked through it with me. you haven't seen supportive till prince armor, prince blue blood, and at-least 3 princesses as well as others have your back

I still strugle with doubt but those there have been there to help
