I swear it's been like, two years since we've had an actual winter. Last year you could probably count on one hand the number of times it was actually cold.

They were SO BAD a few years back. I don't mind if they're outside but you couldn't stop them getting in. They're harmless but really disgusting, and I always flip out whenever I hear one buzzing around near me.

eh, that would require me to take every individual key off of my keyboard and frankly.. that's a lot of work I don't want to do, lol.

Oh I know they were just awful. We had a practical infestation of them in this one room in our basement. Don't see anywhere near that many anymore. Yeah I've already gotten one on me this year and our dog keeps getting tons of them. Hopefully we'll have a nice cold winter that will kill them all off this year.

Have you been finding really big ones in your place too? I've been having that same problem. I keep it clean and I have ant traps by all the openings, but they keep finding their way in. Yuck.

No it's just the small ones, but a lot of them. I'm probably gonna have to spray for them at some point

Are you sure they're ants? This building has a problem with termites, and during spawning season the males crawl out and they look more like ants than the typical white termite.

In my case, they're on their own, and they're big. Not big for a bug, but very big for an ant. And they definitely looked like ants to me. My mom seemed to think they were, I told her what happened and she said that they probably just came in through the vents or something.

I'm getting more misanthropic every year.

Same. humanity sucks. I know this is such an edgy thing to say, but when you really think about it, we're just an advanced form of cancer.
