Here is the first week being over for this new year. I am somewhat keeping count. I want to see if I can slow it down by keeping in mind of the day.

How cold is it by you?

Coldest it got here is 25°F for a few days last week, Rares. The weather here is getting back what we're use to here. -w- Unless we get another cold front up north, but Shadow can hold them off for us. ;D You can take another one for the people here, can you, Shadow. XD

Gale would be pleased with another cold front. In fact middle of this week is supposed to be mid 20's to mid teens. I'm sure she will delight in more 15 degree evenings.

Always so quiet when the girls are away. And I do hate when they leave around the same time I start worrying about their safety because of some dumb fanfiction shit. Having two former guards, an immortal vampony fueled by a fragment of Nightmare Moon's power, a warrior, a princess, the daughter of a princess, and two dragons should REALLY make me feel secure about them. Yet some how, it does not. I feel much safer when they are on this side, with me, where I can see and feel them.

What did you see in the fanfiction, are you okay?

It's some on and off thing I've had for a few years now. I suppose it's not much different than a worry someone here would have any day of the week. Worries that your loved ones could be kidnapped, or that a war could be brought to your own country. Despite being told by both of our members that used to be in the guard that Equestria's military is not only the largest but the most well trained and overwhelming force, aside from the sister's being equivalent to their "nuclear" option (Celestia could raze half the planet in an afternoon and be back in Canterlot for tea) I still worry someone over there will be foolish enough to try something (Chrysalis was and did after all, even if most of the other changelings opposed her idea). And of course the idea of someone getting kidnapped is a much smaller but more realistic, I suppose, worry.

Once again, the girls are very security conscious and we not only have all kinds of trained and uniquely powerful mares but the home they have on the other side of the door is reinforced with spells and technology that its owner, the aforementioned immortal vampony, designed to at least TRY to keep Celestia out in the event this one decides the vampony crusades aren't over (Long story short, the vampony is from a completely different Equestria where Celestia didn't capture all of Nightmare Moon's vamponies. The world she is in now Celestia got them all, so our vampony is free to walk in the sun which she hasn't been able to do for hundreds of years.)

So, I shouldn't be worried, at all. But I do.

I'd like to, someday. I probably wouldn't get much of a following, but hey, so long as I say what I feel is important that's what counts.
