Experiences between Rainbow Angelbaby and I; as described by a hopeless - but hopeful - romantic.

As Ever We Had
by Siegfried Danzinger

She slid her forelegs around my neck; her soft coat brushing gently against my grateful skin. I was, as ever, hers, and a familiar, spellbinding look of affection appeared in her lovely eyes. They were dark, rich, and incomparably beautiful; ripe, glistening cherries looking kindly down at me from a bright blue sky. All romance and desire, laughter and joy lie within them, and there was no luckier man than I.

Ask anything of me. Ask with those eyes.

We whirled quickly into the kitchen, and it became our ballroom. Our eyelids fell of their own accord to block out the world, and we spun and danced in the comfort of an artificial darkness. Her warm breath on my face was all the reassurance I needed. We were wary of nothing but safe; trapped in a moment but free. Worry was a distant, forgotten thing that passed quietly out of our minds as we turned and swayed and loved each other as much or more as ever we had.

Beautiful. Simply beautiful. I defy anyone who has ever truly been in love not to relate to the sentiment expressed so simply in this anecdote.
Applejack, the apple of my eye
