I picked up a Copy of Macros: Do You Remember Love on VHS a long time ago which had Sub Titles from a used book store.

Anime ain't what it used to be; not for me, at least. I'm sure there are still worthwhile series out there, but you first have to wade through a sea of goofy, substance-lacking, fanservice-centric anime that may or may not involve amorous little sisters practically mounting their big brothers or young women being forced to wear revealing maid outfits.

Jeez... Next time tell us what it is. I had to look it up at work and realize it was hentai dude! Plus I don't think that counts... Which is something I have to think about... Would you call me a Brony if I just watch nothing but MLP Clop and not the actual series? No, I would be a clopper. Same applies with people who just watch hentai who hardly or don't really watch any anime.

Yeah... fanservice is pointless for me. Which by the way! Never watch a anime series called "Strike Witches". I had to painfully deal watching panty shots, and ditch it... I was drawn in by the action, but had enough when one bloody episodes was ONLY about finding some girl panties.

Nah, don't be. I sometimes watch "Rosario + Vampire" when I am in that mood. Reason I didn't like "Strike Witches" is I expected action, as for "Rosario + Vampire" it is something I am aware and expecting to see. :P

I've been watching Dragonball Super lately, and while the show isn't that great, the double act going on between Beerus and Whis is amazing. You could practically make a 1950s style sitcom with these two, complete with cheesey laugh track and it would work just fine.

Pfft there is nothing wrong with Strike Witches!
It's a great little series if you like old warbirds reimmagined :p

That said I'd also recommend Girls und Panzer to anyone who hasn't seen it.
