Exactly as the title says, just as a bit of a disclaimer to make it more clear. And introduction is necessary on the board in order to gain access to the rest of the forums. Accounts with 0 posts will automatically be deleted by the system within 90 days of the profile's creation. So long as you have even as much as one post, you don't have to worry about this. This is just done as an extra cautionary measure, to prevent long term lurkers.
