There have been times where her response seems to just come to me rather easy and it takes little effort. (Though lately I have been stressing off and on, so that doesn't help)
BTW, it's possible that you might find meditation helpful to clear your mind. Google a few exercises, and see if it helps you relax and concentrate on Nightmare.
