Okay, several things.
Finally got off my ass and did some much needed meditation. I'm ashamed to say I don't meditate as much as I should...I suppose it's because that for the longest time I've found meditation quite intimidating, though funnily enough the last few times I've done it I've done pretty well. I got in at least seven minutes without much effort, the last couple of minutes were harder but I at least got ten in.
I focus mostly on voice, keeping my mind quiet as I could. I also visualized her (and was able to keep a good image of her in my head) standing in my room, speaking. When I visualized her beside me, touching me reassuringly, I could feel something when she spoke. Trying to be as passive and open as I could.
I also got the occasional burst of...happiness. Or something like it.
Overall when we speak I've done very well at casting doubts out of my mind, which seems to have made what I feel when she speaks stronger.
Oh, and one thing I've wanted to try for the longest time is to have something relating to Nightmare physically near me whilst I meditate. So tonight I chose my new Nightmare Rarity throw pillow, using it to prop by back up. Not sure if it helped in a spiritual aspect, but at least I was more comfortable than I usually am when meditating.

Okay, long story short.
-Been feeling like shit due to slacking off.
-Had intense doubt yesterday, had a talk with Sweets that helped get me motivated.
I laid down with the Nightmare Rarity plush, turned my clock away, closed my eyes and just spoke with her. Little forcing, just trying to quell my mind into a state of peace, gently willing her voice into my head, I mostly kept quiet. It was subtle, but it felt separate from me, it seemed to gently flow. It felt rather amazing, honestly.
I was able to do this near uninterrupted for at least twenty minutes. May not sound like much, but for me it's a sign that I CAN do this.
I honestly don't think I've ever felt that relaxed during a meditation session before. It was beautiful.
Are you doing this before bedtime Kaltes? Or when you're ready to meditate with Nightmare?
They say making it a routine helps build your time into your meditation.
Think of it reading a book before going to bed, but better! I have yet make the habit with Amena, but there an idea to ponder dude.

All in all, I've gotten a combined time of over thirty minutes of meditation today. Just finished a session about fifteen minutes or so ago, would've gone longer but I started to feel sleepy.
