The lyrics are great, but the music is a bit too loud. It's overpowering your voice a little!

Also, those chords are strangely familiar for some reason. That said though, I like 'em!

The recording quality was sort of poor, and I was struggling with making the vocals audible but not too audible. xD I need a better mic; I just use the one attached to my cheap-ish gaming headset.

I kept thinking the same thing, but I can't place where else I might have heard them. I think I also came up with a similar melody half a lifetime ago; it just resurfaced while I was on my keyboard.

What I most want to do is compose something that could fittingly accompany one of the first songs I wrote for Babe, but I have difficulty translating the music in my head into something on the keys. (This is part of why I say I have no real musical talent; nothing comes easily.)
