I never have pony dreams, but:
I had sleep paralysis after my 45 minute nap today, the dream i had before was something about being at a movie when it was robbed and I remember being chased by the robber, by then I had realized im dreaming and every time i realize im dreaming i start to wake up, but this time i was paralyzed for a few minutes which sucks.
