Well I try getting into sleep paralysis which usually isn't that difficult(I get it about once a week without trying). The problem I have is staying in that state for long. When I saw starlight I just really concentrated on seeing her and there she was after a good while(it fealt like ages). It was simple and didn't last very long. I reached out and scratched her behind the ear and ran my fingers through the back of her mane. The big thing for me in this is that I could actually feel her. That was the only time I've ever been legitimately able to feel something in a dream. She then said "I'm glad to see you" and that was the end.

That really sounds like an incredible feeling. Even being simple, that's lovely to hear about. Especially that last bit, I'm sure she was more than glad to see you.
