actually it can't to my knowledge though it is possible. however i have tested it and found i ca not share a hosted network to give out internet access if i am receiving that access through the same WiFi card so this may actually only work to broadcast a WiFi signal for those who have a wired connection.

as for the doing it in the GUI... sure you can make an adhoc network but at-least in the last few versions of windows for some reason it refuses to broadcast and be the access point of an adhoc... i used to use that mode in xp i think but even then it was difficult if not impossible to make a machine begin broadcasting instead of always waiting on other machines... it was worthless. this script though does completely different in that it will allow you, if you have set a wired connection to enable being shared to other machines, to basically make your machine a WiFi hotspot for other machines that cant get to the wired connection. but this needs testers to make sure it works if anyone wants to help
