Meditation shouldn't be work dude, it should be relaxing.

Maybe that's true of conventional meditation; Kaltes is further establishing contact with a being who hails, presumably, from another universe. Though, years ago, I personally gave meditation a go to try and help with the symptoms of severe OCD...

That was work. The whole "put everything else out of your mind" thing was exceedingly tricky for someone whose head was constantly buzzing with interruptions.

So I'd say it varies.
