Another thing is being close, not only emotionally, but also physically. By this, I mean cuddling, snuggling, kissing, and to some people, sex.

And finally, knowing that the two of you are a puzzle, one not complete without the other. Without your lover, your not the same person. That person completes who you are, whether that completion is mental or emotional, and maybe even both, depends on the person themselves.

That was fucking beautiful, when did penguins get so much fucking vocabulary.

Love is bittersweet, sometimes you have to carry on knowing you're partner won't be with you much longer, what's important is that you stay strong for them

Very interesting topic, SG.

You know , there are a lot a questions about it inside my mind since I was a kid, why? Because I always had the feeling that something is missing me, and until this day, I can't find an answer.
Anyway, my question is not 'How does love feel like for you?', my main question would be: What is love?

Is love subjective?

Can you find its definition inside a book, or inside a dictionary? Or the pure concept is inside the heart, or inside the soul?

Is love logical? Or some kind of madness?

Are love and hatred opposites? Do they complement each other? Why love can turn in hatred, and hatred can turn in love?

Is love something passional, or espiritual? Does love search knowledge, or beauty? If so, how far can love reach?

Can you find love in all things? Or only in what you love? What is worthy of love?
...

I wish I could know it...
Until then, I'll be in my bed, lost in my own thoughts.

These are all questions that must constantly be asked, and I'm very glad you came here to ask them. This is definitely something I'll be contemplating today...

you all right there buddy?

Rough patch has been stomping my ass for a few weeks now. Nothing that won't pass, but it's good to remember love isn't always sunshine and lollipops. Sometimes it's a boot to the groin and a long period of going, "AAHHHHH!"

i answered this a while back, but what is love? like for real i wouldn't know, maybe it's surrounding yourself with the right people or person who puts up with your shit because they feel you're worth it or in reverse, either way everyone's got flaws for better or worse and i've learned to appreciate people for their flaws as well as their strengths
i'm an actual camwhore
i'll cam for you, it'll be our secret

Love is a feeling of extreme like.

But romantic love imo is just a distraction. While I don't set goals, I have shit that I want to accomplish, and getting a girl is not one of them.

Love is completeness, finding that other half that completes you. Be it romantic love, platonic, or familial, it's the feeling that that person brings out the best in you and makes you a better person.

For me it's complete comfort and relaxation around someone- to not have to worry about decorum, and feeling like you could tell that person anything and completely and fully trust them. Of course, there's also that warm, fuzzy feeling that I don't think anyone can exactly put their finger on.
