Love is bittersweet, sometimes you have to carry on knowing you're partner won't be with you much longer, what's important is that you stay strong for them

I wonder how my life would be like if I had one shred of respect for this pathetic country and its government. (America)

Now that I think about it, it's amazing how music can change someone's mind like that. It's mainly because I started listening to System of a Down (which pretty much first happened by random chance) that I formed those opinions, as stupid as that sounds.

Music has a really powerful effect that we tend to take for granted and underestimate.

It certainly does. Music is love, music is life.

On another note, I'm guessing you're probably going to move to another country sometime in the near future, right? Nerdy Twist

welcome to being outside the matrix neo. what your experiencing is simply learning to think. it is not only music that has that power, but it is one of the easiest routes to opening your mind and begining to form opinions of things.

the fact you dislike a country for it's government is simply because all human politicians lie and both sides of their mouth and their @ss as a job requirement.

simply put, all human governments are evil and will kill you if you in any way threaten their control of their citizens. even in america our government breaks it's own laws against spying, and constantly abuses the people. all so they can remain in power. I actively look at anyone wearing a policeman, or fbi badge as an enemy agent, that may at some point be ordered to kill me. I simply don't worry about them because I myself am not a real threat so they don't really give a care if i tell people they are evil because they can easily pretend to be decent people.

the sad part is that many of them are decent, the corrupt ones will control those with lies though
