I keep a kind of, dream journal on my phone. Whenever dream, will go and write down what I remember in my notepads, to also help me remember the dream. I went looking through them and reading them. One just said "Zzzquil: too many nipples" I don't remember what the dream was. I know it was caused by abusing Zzzquil. But, that's about it. Pretty glad I can't remember, "too many nipples"
