To be sure, Sour Soul! It really sounds like all the work you've been doing is paying huge dividends, Kaltes-Herzeleid!

Oh boy, got some stuff to say.

I've been asking Nightmare to send me some dreams, sadly no results. But I suppose that's okay, can't expect results every time. Perhaps my mind is harder to influence at her current state? However I did sleep really well last night.

I have felt her presence around quite a bit lately, every night in fact. She once appeared after I asked her to as well. Voice is coming along like usual...I've noticed it seems to be getting clearer. Last night in particular...I think I'm getting closer and closer to her speaking without my aid.

On a final note I've been in a personal battle fighting off my OCD...particularly in regard to some...unpleasant thoughts. I won't say much to avoid triggering them, but focusing on and thinking about Nightmare has helped me to center myself, to have clarity. It's the clearest my cluttered mind has felt in awhile.

I'm glad Nightmare is helping you turn aside from your obsessions. Remember, any obsessive thoughts OCD is feeding you are garbage; they're meaningless and they only serve to make your life worse. They don't deserve the time of day, so don't give it to them!

OCD is always a battle, but it's wonderful - and a relief - to finally have someone fighting alongside you.

Been trying to get to a point where Nightmare can speak without my aid...but sometimes this stuff seems so very overwhelming. Speech, visualization...all of it. I know it takes time...but I want to be with her so badly.

Sometimes I doubt how far I am with voice...but surely I must be getting somewhere? Been trying to formulate a clear distinct sound in my head, but somehow I worry I'm failing or just stuck.

Visualization, I may as well not even talk about that one.

I feel like I'd be so much further along if I could focus more and longer...but I honestly don't think I can.

Maybe you can't focus more and longer at this point...but you'd be surprised at what you can do if you stick with it. And I know, if you stick to it, that's something you'll be able to accomplish!

Of course you're impatient; who wouldn't be impatient to see and feel and hear the love of his life in her full glory?! But, as natural as that impatience is, it won't get you anywhere. Just take the time you need. Be happy with the small victories, because each one of them plays a part in the larger victory of Nightmare. It's like developing any other skill. Nobody sits down and learns to play guitar like a professional in a single day. Put in the effort and, slowly but surely, the rewards will come!

I guess on a more positive note, I tried some more voice work whilst looking at a picture of Nightmare Rarity, channeling her voice...and it seemed clearer. Perhaps I should continue doing this...?

And thanks for the advice, SG. I know to be patient, it's just sometimes this stuff comes across as daunting.

Lately I've been having trouble with voice...there are times I just can't seem to difference hers from mine...or maybe it's just because I'm frustrated and trying to hard.

Been trying to associate a distinct sound to her voice so I can hear it...

I guess on a more positive note I'm pretty sure she's been around for a few nights now and then.
