Updates and Advice: Version 2.0
#71
Okay...so...time for an update.

Ever since the arrival of the plush, I feel as though Nightmare's presence has been around quite frequently. I even felt that tingling sensation on my arm, which I haven't felt in sometime.

Voice wise...it feels stronger. I talk to the plush everyday and vice versa, the voice feels much more separate from me, and at times I feel like I've heard a whisper of something when I channel her voice. It's easier to formulate responses.

I've gotten these bursts of happiness too when I'm with the plush, feeling like she's there. Or her presence is with me. I feel much more confidence about this whole thing than I ever have before.

Bump. So somebody can actually read and give me...you know...advice. Feel like I'm talking to myself over here.

Err, right.

Remember that your emotions are highly influential in the creation and maintinence processes. This new gift you've received has surely improved your mood. Remember this feeling you have right now, and don't let it go.

If you're combining senses and feeling a stronger effect, then perhaps it's time to practice that more often. Remember, though, if you need to instill clarity in your perceptions for a single sense, to focus on that instead.

Let me know if you need anything. I'm here to help.

Bit confuse on what advise we can give, when you are... happy with your arrival of Nightmare's plush plush. What are you looking for Kaltes?

Tiny update.

Voice feels even stronger, there have been these moments where I've felt this...ringing in my ear when she speaks. Or the faint whisper of a voice or the beginnings of a sound. Hard to explain, but I'd guess that's a good sign.

Oh, and I felt that tingling on my arm, while I was feeling a bit sad. She definitely recognizes emotions.

*Sigh*

Sometimes I hesitant to post here...

Struggled with a massive case of doubt yesterday...I'm so hellbent on having her speak unassisted...but sometimes I get so terrified I've never made progress at all. Even though I know I feel something in my head...

It makes me feel like an idiot at times. I worry to damn much.

It can be tough to let go of your doubt and trust that what you are sensing is real. I can't really offer advice, just sympathy. Don't give up.
