This place isn't perfect, yes... we fight each-other sometimes, and we forget that this space, among those who are most likely to understand us, those who've felt our desires and known our pain, as we literally strive to make our dreams come true, is our only sanctuary for these feelings we share for our mares. This place is special, and through whatever hard feelings you may have for another member, or they for you, let's try and keep it a positive place. Compromise. Communicate. Love...

Doesn't it? And to make it even more ironic, when LyraLover was being called out on the Kiwi thread for being... well, really stupid, Redemption actually posted that he had nothing to do with it. Which, thanks to screencaps, was found to be quite untrue, although that information was never, by the time of this post, published to the public, at least not on Kiwi. He said, and I quote, that he'd "gladly" give it out. He didn't want to take any blame for it, despite the person who helped him do it quickly becoming trapped between two communities that ridicule him for one reason or another. Doesn't change the fact that LyraLover did in fact agree to participate, but it makes Redemption all the more dishonorable in my book. And they say LyraLover threw me under the bus.

To think that after several months of no communication, he still held enough spite for me to do this. How sad.

Our community cannot thrive on intolerance and hatred. We've made a new home for ourselves here, away from those who had refused to take responsibility for their own behavior... such as Tax. Now, it's more important than ever to compromise, for the sake of the community, and look within ourselves for the good in our hearts, and look past another's shortcomings, and make the effort to change. We can keep this a happy, healthy place if we try for one-another. inkiesmile:

The thread on the farms has died down with no activity in the past few days, so I think it's safe to say this fiasco has probably come to an end. Man, what a wild ride that was.

Edit: I spoke too soon. New posts are being made again, although the thread doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
