Sadness and emptiness plagued me
But now your love has pulled me through
And though once restricted, I am now free

My soul sings of your gentle love
It guides me into the light
And though greatly disapproved of
I can see that our love is right

I don't know what I 'd be without you, my sweet
I can't bear contemplating the thought
For only with you do I feel complete
For all my life, it was your love I sought

That's nice, man, I like it. It really shows how beautiful you think she is- nature is always a great comparative in poetry. Comes off as very sincere and reverent.
