Oh boy.

Well I guess it was a Transformers Movie/10? It's exactly what you'd expect I suppose. I feel cheated and lied to. Spoilers below.

I don't think I even let out half my thoughts. Wew. Normally I'm more lenient on these, but geez.
Yeah i just got back from seeing it and I would have to agree with that for the most part. I do think it's a little over hated though

Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

Yeah I do agree, mostly because people need to over-exaggerate reactions for the sake of attention on Youtube. Seriously go search for "Last Knight review" and nearly all the thumbnails feature a facepalm or an irritated expression. Or both. Like that's totally being milked I feel.

Night Moves (1975).

A clever, excellent blending of a character study with a mystery into one story.

I watched Brokeback Mountain yesterday. Yep, that one. Though it was sadder than I thought.

Collateral (2004).

I don't think I've ever seen a movie that so perfectly illustrates the story of what happens when two completely alien personalities go head to head.

And Vincent is arguable the most intimidating, coldly effective hitman I've ever seen in a movie. If you can, watch it. I highly recommend it.

Leviathan (1989).

Literally what happens when you combine The Thing and Alien together. Far, far from original but to its credit it is well made and pretty damn entertaining with some eerie monster effects.

The Insider (1999).

Solid movie, not Michael Mann's best, in my opinion. But still, very good.
