I enjoyed the film and quite liked the cast. It's really too bad that they never made the two following books into films, as the story gets increasingly amazing. Serafina herself was an intriguing character.

The last film that Babe, mom, and I watched together was Avengers: Age of Ultron. I don't mind that there are comic book-based films wherever you turn nowadays. I don't need every movie I watch to change my life; it just needs to be entertaining and / or fun.

I can't understand why so many people I've talked to tried to take this movie seriously and in turn hated it, I thought it was amazingly hilarious. A good stylized laugh for sure.

Babe, mom, and I recently watched Jurassic World. We enjoyed it; though my mom looked away during a couple of the deliberately mild death scenes. Babe, from the get go, was talking about how people were gonna get "ate." So I don't think she was particularly bothered lol.

It seems as though dinosaurs are considered something you're expected to get excited about mostly in your youth, but, at thirty-two years of age, I still get psyched about them. x3 This has given Babe an opportunity to tease me; basically accusing me of being a scaly. xD Hopefully I made it clear that, while I like dinosaurs, I don't like like dinosaurs.

Watched the Italian Job, Hot Fuzz, Naked Gun and Interstellar.

Gotta say Interstellar was my favorite because of the parallels to 2001 A Space Odyssey. Hot Fuzz was hilarious though, as of course is Naked Gun.
